About Mark
Mark grew up in rural Illinois where he worked on a dairy farm through most of high school. Mark moved to Minnesota in 1991, 10 days before the Halloween blizzard with his wife Liza and two young children and soon after had their third child. He built a spec home in St. Cloud, then took employment with a smaller commercial contractor for several years. In 1998 Mark took employment with a larger commercial contractor and has run a variety of projects consisting of schools, hospitals, medical clinics, churches, and universities. Mark currently resides in LeSueur, MN. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Experience
Mark has been a Site Construction Manager for various projects through out Minnesota, directing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. His responsibilities are contractor pre-award interviews, on-site quality control, cost control, time control, and the bid process. During construction, he is responsible for change order coordination, follows through on project details, scheduling, construction meetings and oversees the on-site Safety Program.
