About Joe Cecko:
Joe grew up in Little Falls, MN. He is a graduate of Northwest Technical College, Moorhead, MN in the Construction Management Program. Joe resides in Little Falls.
Experience:
Joe had 2 years in construction prior to joining R.A. Morton in 2002. Joe has been an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and Site Construction Manager for various projects through out Central Minnesota, directing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. His responsibilities are contractor pre-award interviews, on-site quality control, cost control, time control, and the bid process. During construction, he is responsible for change order coordination, follows through on project details, scheduling, construction meetings and oversees the on-site Safety Program.
